VoIP – Change your Unavailable Message

To change your unavailable message, on your handset, please do the following:

  1. Dial *50* then press Send
  2. Enter your password which is normally your extension number (i.e. 500)
  3. Wait for the prompt which will give you the option to press 0 for Mailbox options.
  4. Press 1  to record your unavailable message.
  5. Save your new message then hang-up.
